Only three weeks before the national players go to Sweden for the World Cup. Jeanette Beastoch, who was seriously injured in the preparatory camp in Silberborn, does everything to get fit again as quickly as possible. An operation on her right shoulder forced her to take a long break from training. Now that your doctor has given the "green light" to exercise, she couldn't hold anything anymore. Her mother's birthday, who lives in Nauen very close to Berlin, gave Jeanette the idea, to use the long way from Nuremberg as a training unit. To determine her current state of healing and performance, she asked Coach Trabi, whether he would take time for you, to hold an extra training session with her. Jeannette's friend Hauke Bastert was also there. As an active player in the German national team, he used the opportunity to train himself as a trainer in professional discussions with the wide receiver coach of the women's national team.

In the end, the Spandau ladies came to the square after their video meeting. Obviously enthusiastic about the high attendance and the commitment of Jeanette, the Spandau women will now try even more, in order to maybe become part of the national team in the future.
